All bets placed on the 92game Platform are subject to acceptance at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at any time, including after provisional acceptance, where there are grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, based on erroneous odds, or in breach of these Terms.
Odds displayed on the Platform represent the Operator's current assessment of probability. They are subject to change at any time before the market closes for betting. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, including cricket markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments or bilateral series.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; evident pricing errors; market suspension due to breaking news; technical malfunctions affecting odds display or bet processing. The Operator's decision on void bets is final, subject to the dispute process in Section 13.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at the Operator's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension notification are recorded and honoured unless falling within the void circumstances above. Users should ensure they have a stable connection when placing in-play bets, as connectivity issues are not grounds for bet cancellation.
Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event as displayed at the time of placement. Players may set personal bet limits through Account settings — doing so is encouraged as part of responsible gambling practice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance or transaction must be submitted to 92game Support in writing via email within fourteen (14) days of the event in question. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be investigated. The Operator's determination on disputes is final subject to any applicable escalation process under its licence jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92game holds its international gaming licence.
